Is there Mail Delivery of Columbus Day 2015?

First of all Columbus day is a Federal holiday because of which schools, offices and specially banks are closed on this day. It is celebrated on every second monday of October in America and even in some part of Canada, Spain and Italy. This day commemorates Christopher Columbus' first voyage and entering into the Americas on October 12, 1492. However, Columbus Day as a federal holiday was not officially recognized until 1937.Throughout the history of this day, Columbus Day and the man who inspired it have generated controversy, and many alternatives to the holiday have appeared in recent years. And some states in America still do not celebrate this day as they think that its not worthy and should not be celebrated.
On days when the federal government isn't doing business, neither is the post office. The U.S. Postal Service follows the same holiday schedule as federal offices. So no mails are delivered on these days. And as we all know that Columbus day is also one of the Federal days so neither does mails are delivered on this days.
