This Year Veterans Day is occuring on Wednesday but the date is same 11th November. Each year the day changes as last it was Tuesday and last to last it was Monday. So due to every year changing of the day this year Veterans Day is on Wednesday . On Veterans Day Federal government offices are also closed which are non-essential. No mail is delivered. All federal workers are paid for the holiday on the Veterans Day; those who are required to work on the holiday sometimes receive holiday pay for that day in addition to their wages.
